GRANOLA CASERA CON ARÁNDANOS

INGREDIENTES

50 g blueberries
1 red apple

GRANOLA

100 g oats
25 g sunflower and pumpkin seeds
25 g slivered almonds
Small pieces of green apple
Cinnamon powder
1 tbsp. honey

CREAMY SOY YOGHURT AND COCONUT DRINK

2 soy yoghurts
1/2 cup coconut drink
1 tbsp. honey

PREPARATION (STEP BY STEP)

1. Start by making the home-made granola. Place all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix them together well.

2. Then, in a hot frying pan, toast the granola mixture, stirring it until it starts to brown and then Put to one side.

3. For the creamy yogurt mixture, place the yogurt, coconut drink and honey in a bowl and whisk it together until you get a light, creamy texture.

4. Now, you just need to put the creamy mixture, a few blueberries and the granola in a bowl, together with a few slices of red apple, some honey drizzled over the top and you have a delicious breakfast ready to enjoy.
