INGREDIENTS:

50 g fine rolled oats
300 ml YOSOY Oats
2 bananas
1 large apple
2 medjool dates or 4 regular dates

PREPARATION (STEP BY STEP)

1. Soak the oat flakes in 1/2 glass of YOSOY Oats.

2. Peel and pit the dates.
