BEETROOT SMOOTHIE WITH YOSOY 0% SUGAR

INGREDIENTS (SERVES 2):

1 apple
1 + ½ beetroot
2 carrots
Ginger to taste
150ml of YOSOY Oat 0% sugar

PREPARATION (STEP BY STEP)

In just a few steps you will have a delicious beetroot, carrot and apple smoothie to go with your breakfast or as an after gym snack. All you have to do is peel the fruit, peel the beetroot and put it in the blender. Our recommendation: leave the smoothie in the fridge for a few minutes to drink it chilled.

1. Wash the apple and carrots.

2. Wash and peel the beetroot and ginger.

3. Now run everything through the juice blender and add the vegetable drink (if you don’t have a blender, you can use a mixer until smooth).

4. Blend well! And enjoy this delicious smoothie.
