CHIA AND FIG PUDDING

INGREDIENTS (4 SERVINGS)

2 cups of YOSOY rice drink
4 heaping tablespoons of chia seeds
12 fresh figs Vegetable yoghurt

PREPARATION (STEP BY STEP)

1. Blend the vegetable drink with the pulp of 8 figs.

2. Add the chia seeds and leave it in the fridge for at least 3 hours to form the pudding (better if we can leave it overnight).

3. Divide it among the little glasses, add the yoghurt and the remaining figs cut into small pieces.
